We are delighted to announce that CyberOwl are one of our six companies that will be exhibiting in partnership with Midlands Cyber this year at InfoSecurity. The exhibition is a great platform for businesses across the globe to showcase what they have to offer and to reach an international audience. CyberOwl are excited to be publicizing the launch of their first product: Medulla.

CyberOwl’s mission is to develop technologies that help defenders take a proactive cyber security posture. We have launched Medulla, a risk prioritisation platform for cyber-physical systems. Medulla applies security analytics to quantify the cyber-physical risk on assets for IT and connected OT stacks. For management, this is an easy but meaningful way to understand whether defences are working, where the risks lie and where to invest in strengthening your security posture. For security operations, Medulla clearly prioritises where to take preventative action first.

CyberOwl is a spinout of Coventry University and the Centre for Transport and Mobility Research. We were shortlisted for the Lloyds Science of Risk Prize and selected into the first GCHQ Cyber Accelerator Programme. The team brings together recognised experts in data science, security architecture, operational research and large distributed systems.

The Midlands is an important region for the majority of target customer verticals in the UK for CyberOwl, it also is driving innovation in key verticals that are relevant, inclusive of CAV’s, connected transport and Industry 4.0.
