The Departmental of International Trade is inviting expressions of interest from UK cyber security companies to exhibit on the UK Pavilion at GISEC 2020.

GISEC is the largest dedicated cyber security event in the Gulf region, with over 5000 visitors from a variety of sectors including Government, Defence, Financial Services and Energy.

Last year over 125 companies exhibited and around 6000 delegates from more than 2o countries attended the exhibition. In addition to the exhibition, there is a three-day conference with speakers addressing the latest challenges and developments in the region, and recent developments in the commercial landscape.

The conference and exhibition cover the full range of cyber security solutions including Application Security, Cloud Security, Network Security, Insider Threat, Anti-virus and Disaster Recovery.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 10 January 2020

We will aim to respond to all applications by 7 February 2020

Companies exhibiting on the UK pavilion will benefit from:

• A ‘pod’ exhibition stand on the UK Pavilion

• Introductions from DIT staff, to delegates visiting the exhibition.

• An advance briefing from embassy staff on doing business in the UAE

• Inclusion in UK marketing material, including a Pavilion brochure

• Promotion to local and international media

How to sign up

DIT will charge companies a fee of £3500 + VAT to exhibit on the pavilion and benefit from the other activities organised.

This does not include travel, accommodation and visa costs.

Expressions of interest should include:

• A brief introduction to your company.

• An indication of your key target sectors and markets.

• An overview of recent activities in the Gulf region and any future plans.

• An overview of the capability you plan to exhibit/ export to the region.
